ALTHOUGH THIS SITE IS A SUB DOMAIN OF THE BAMBINO GOODIES WEBSITE, NEITHER BAMBINO GOODIES NOR NATALIE LUE, TRADING AS NAUGHTY GIRL MEDIA TAKES ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE AUCTION OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE AUCTION AND NEITHER OF THE AFOREMENTIONED SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN RELATION TO THE AUCTION.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE USER TERMS OR TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA BEING PROCESSED AS SET OUT BELOW, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

BINDING AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS TO THE USER TERMS

Reference to the “Organiser” throughout the User Terms means Caroline Molesworth. By agreeing to be bound by the User Terms, you are entering into a legally binding contract between yourself and the Organiser, Bambino Goodies and Natalie Lue (trading as Naughty Girl Media) (“We” or “Us”).
